1. The service
OurMoments is an app for couples operated by Debugeo, in Colombia. It lets two people pair with a code and share activities, memories and their everyday life.
2. Minimum age
You must be at least 18 years old to use OurMoments. By signing up you confirm that you meet this age. We may close accounts that do not.
3. Account and couple
- You are responsible for keeping your access secure and for the information you give when signing up.
- A couple has at most two members. The couple's content is visible to both.
- Unpairing deletes the couple's entire shared history for both of you. It is irreversible, even if you pair again.
4. Your content and sensitive content
The content you create remains yours. You allow us to host it, process it and show it to your partner only to provide the service.
Some questions cover intimate topics. Share only what you want to share and respect your partner's boundaries.
- Do not post illegal content or content involving minors.
- Do not share intimate images of other people without their consent.
- Do not use the app to harass, threaten or monitor anyone.
6. Payments and auto-renewal
- Billing is handled by the App Store or Google Play through the buyer's store account.
- Before paying you will see the price, the period and how to cancel.
- The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
- Refunds follow the policies of the store where you purchased.
7. Cancellation
Cancel renewal from your store's subscription settings: on iPhone, Settings › your name › Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. Premium stays active until the end of the paid period.
Deleting the app or your account does not cancel the subscription in the store.
8. Location
Sharing your location is optional and requires your explicit consent. Only your last position is stored, only your partner can see it and you can stop sharing it whenever you want.
9. Deleting your account
You can delete your account from the app or request it by email. Your personal data and the couple's shared history are deleted, and permanent deletion is completed within 30 days at most. Your partner keeps their account, without the shared history.
10. Availability and liability
We work to keep OurMoments running continuously, but there may be interruptions, changes or features that stop being available. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and we are not liable for indirect damages.
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia, without prejudice to the rights granted to you by the consumer protection laws of your country.
12. Changes and contact
