Delete your account

You can delete your account and your data at any time. The fastest way is from the app.
From the app
- Open OurMoments and sign in.
- Go to Settings and choose Delete account.
- Read what will be deleted and confirm.
By email, without the app
If you no longer have the app, send us the request from your account email to privacidad@debugeo.com. The button opens a draft in your email client; check the details and send it.

What is deleted
- Your personal data: profile, photo, location, statuses, registered devices and consents.
- The couple's entire shared history, for both of you: answers, comments, memories with their photos and videos, special days, notes, stories, couple photo, activity and streaks.
- Your partner keeps their account, without the shared history.
What is not deleted
- Your store subscription is not cancelled when you delete your account. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play.
- Purchase records that the law or the stores require us to keep.
Timelines
We answer email requests within 10 business days at most. Permanent deletion, including backups, is completed within 30 days at most. We will never ask for your password.
